All modification requests must be submitted to the Agency in writing. Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to: (a) Supplier availability and policy; (b) change fees imposed by the Supplier; and (c) applicable Agency change-processing service fees. The Agency cannot guarantee that any requested change will be accommodated. Airfare changes are subject to airline-specific fare rules, which may prohibit changes or require payment of fare differentials in addition to change fees.

7.3 Supplier-Initiated Cancellations or Changes

Occasionally, Suppliers may cancel, reschedule, or materially alter travel services. In such circumstances, the Agency will promptly notify the Client and assist in identifying alternatives or processing refunds in accordance with the Supplier's policies. The Agency shall not be liable for: (a) any Supplier-initiated cancellations or alterations; (b) the Supplier's refund determination or timeline; or (c) any consequential losses arising from such changes.

7.4 Refund Processing Timelines

Where a refund is authorized by the Supplier, processing times will vary based on the Supplier's internal procedures, ARC settlement cycles (for airline tickets), and the Client's financial institution. Typical timelines are as follows:

Travel protection plans are underwritten by independent insurance companies and are subject to their respective policy terms, exclusions, and limitations.

8.2 Client Declination

If the Client declines to purchase travel insurance, the Client acknowledges in writing (via email confirmation or signed declination) that: (a) the Agency has recommended travel insurance; (b) the Client has elected to assume full financial risk associated with travel disruptions; and (c) the Agency shall bear no financial responsibility for losses that would have been covered by travel insurance.
