Overview
Hydra Travels Inc. (HydraTravels.us) is an independent, ARC-accredited travel agency (ARC No. 45572424). This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we process, confirm, and deliver travel bookings to our clients. We are not an airline, and all ticketing is subject to airline fare rules, seat availability, and carrier regulations.

Booking Confirmation Process

Step 1 – Inquiry & Quotation

When you contact Hydra Travels Inc. for a fare quote, our agents will research available options based on your travel requirements. Quotes provided are based on real-time fare data and are valid for the duration specified by the underlying fare rules, which may be as short as 15 minutes during periods of high demand.

Step 2 – Passenger Information Collection

To proceed with a booking, you will be required to provide accurate passenger details including full legal name (as it appears on government-issued identification), date of birth, contact information, and any special service requirements.

Step 3 – Payment Authorization

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an authorized deposit, as applicable. Hydra Travels Inc. accepts major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. Payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant payment gateways.

Step 4 – Ticketing & Delivery

Upon successful payment authorization, Hydra Travels Inc. will issue your airline ticket(s) through our ARC-accredited systems. Electronic tickets (e-tickets) are the standard delivery method and will be sent to the email address provided during booking within the timeframes below:

Hydra Travels Inc. is an independent travel agency and is not affiliated with any airline or airline loyalty program. All ticket fulfillment is contingent on airline availability and carrier-specific fare rule compliance.

Itinerary & Travel Documents

Following ticket issuance, you will receive a complete itinerary confirmation via email that includes:

  • Airline booking reference (PNR) / Confirmation number
  • E-ticket number(s) for each passenger
  • Flight details including departure/arrival times, terminal information (where available), and layover details
  • Baggage allowance information as communicated by the carrier
  • Important check-in deadlines and airline contact information

Booking Errors & Corrections

If you identify an error in your booking (e.g., misspelled name, incorrect date), you must notify Hydra Travels Inc. immediately. Corrections are subject to airline fare rules and may incur change fees. Hydra Travels Inc. is not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer during the booking process.
