How Our Price Match Promise Works

Eligibility Requirements

To request a price match, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• The competing fare must be for the exact same itinerary: same airline, same flight number(s), same dates, same cabin class, and same passenger type.
• The competing fare must be publicly available and bookable at the time you submit your request.
• The competing price must include all applicable taxes, government-imposed fees, carrier surcharges, and any mandatory booking or service fees charged by the competing source.
• The price match request must be submitted before ticketing is completed by Hydra Travels.
• The competing source must be a licensed travel agency, airline website, or accredited booking platform operating within the United States.

What Is Not Covered

• Fares that require membership, loyalty program enrolment, or special discount codes not available to the general public.
• Error fares, flash sales lasting less than 24 hours, or pricing that results from a website or system glitch.
• Fares advertised by unlicensed or non-accredited third-party resellers.
• Group fares, charter flights, or consolidator rates not accessible to individual retail consumers.
• Prices displayed after promotional discounts, coupons, or credit card rewards are applied.

How to Submit a Price Match Request

To initiate a Price Match request, please contact our customer service team with the following information:

• Your full name and booking reference (if applicable).
• A screenshot or direct URL of the competing fare showing the total price including all fees.
• The name of the competing website or agency offering the fare.
• Date and time the competing price was captured.

Our team will review your request within 2 business hours and respond with a determination. If approved, we will match the verified total price before issuing your ticket.

Price Match Outcomes

If your Price Match request is approved, Hydra Travels Inc. will adjust the fare to match the verified lower total price prior to ticketing. If we are unable to verify the competing price or it does not meet eligibility requirements, we will inform you of the reason and provide you the option to proceed at the original quoted price or cancel your booking request without penalty.

Limitations

Hydra Travels Inc. reserves the right to modify or withdraw this Price Match Promise at any time without prior notice. Price Match approvals are at the sole discretion of Hydra Travels Inc. management. This policy applies only to new bookings and cannot be applied retroactively to tickets already issued.
